2. Apply for TR
visa at Thai Embassy which will obtain for 60 days, and then do
extend another 30 days, (at locate immigration office) and then able to extend
another 7 days. (which count from the stamp expire date).
The schedule should be sharp, otherwise, you on charge
for over stay.
Any extension,
the government fee is 1,900 BHT. Exclude service fee.

Have ever report you’re divorced to embassy?
If yes, you
will take a common way to testify your single status.
Appear in person with your passport at your embassy to complete
a declaration attesting
that you are single and free to marry in
accordance with Thai law (blank form are available at
the
embassy.) This process has now been enforced and required by
all Thai registration offices. About you, bring divorce
certificate along too. Your embassy will check your background
with the proper authorities and will be able to verify your
Marital status and notarize your document.
There will be some
fee for this. A criminal background check needs to be done in
your home
country and a report submitted.
The completed declaration will then have to translate into Thai
by an approved translation office.
Take the declaration, translations, supporting documents,
reports, and photocopies of your passport to the Legalization
Division of the Consular Affairs Department at 123 Chaengwattana
Rd, Laksi, Bangkok 10210
where the consulate official’s signature will be authenticated.
Your documents are then ready for submission to the registration
office which will register the marriage and issue the marriage
certificate in Thai. |

invalid since you leave Thailand without apply for re-entry
visa.
Follows: Immigration ACT. B.E. 2522 Chapter 4. Temporary stay
in the Kingdom Section 39.
After having received
permission for temporary entry into the Kingdom, if the alien
leaves the Kingdom it is considered that his temporary entry
permit has expired.
But,
if prior to leaving the alien is granted permission to return by
the competent official, and the alien returning is not excluded
from entry under Section 12 and the period of Time previously
authorized has not expired, the alien shall be authorized to
stay in the Kingdom for the rest of expired, the alien shall be
authorized to stay in 6the Kingdom for the rest of the
authorized time.
In
asking permission for re-entry, the alien must submit an
application in accordance with the form and pay a fee in
accordance with the rate and Regulations as prescribed in the
Ministerial Regulations. |

2. Copy of Passport
3. Copy of Marriage Certificate

4. Copy of the letter form the
Embassy or Consulate certify in Thai the Applicant
is Single
5. Copy of ID. Card and House
Registration of wife.
Proof of Financial Statement:
- Deposit amount not less than 400,000.- baht in Thai
bank for 2 months with certificate
letter from bank, plus copy of bank account
book. (To be avoiding of any question, apply
with
same date of bank certificate issued). Certificate letter from
